Salt Caddies

These small bowls come in a variety of sizes - from 3" to 6 inches in diameter and are great for holding spices (especially salt as the name implies), using as prep dishes for cooking, pairing with a charcuterie board to hold olives, pits, nuts, dried fruit, candy or whatever your heart desires!

They are available in Cherry, Maple and Walnut and can be matched or contrasted with a charcuterie.

Most of these bowls were made from local logs and trees, some are reclaimed wood (primarily beams) and some are the leftovers from their larger, live edge charcuterie and cutting boards.

They are a ton of fun to make and look great stand alone or paired with a board.

This is a natural wood product, so grain types and color will vary from piece to piece.

Each of my boards and bowls comes with care instructions and the future option for a spa treatment. In the case of a friend or relative that ignores the care instructions and decides the dishwasher is the right place to wash your board. If you send me the board and pay the postage, I will rehab the board, including cleaning, sanding and an overnight soak in oil to bring it back to "like new" condition.
