However, should a well-meaning friend or relative mistakenly decide that the dishwasher is the best place for your board, fret not. Simply send the board back to me, cover the postage, and I'll give it a rejuvenating spa treatment. This includes thorough cleaning, sanding, and an overnight soak in oil to restore it to its original "like new" state. So, rest easy knowing that even if your cherished piece encounters a dishwasher mishap, a full rehab is just a postage stamp away.
